ResponsibilitiesResponsible for contributing to the design team's success by applying functional verification tools and techniques to 3D‑NAND non‑volatile memory designs. Work daily full‑chip functional verification on Micron’s non‑volatile memory design projects. Understand design specs and develop verification plans. Testbench development in System Verilog targeting full coverage. Support of System Verilog assertion and coverage‑driven constraint random verification methodology. Run directed and constrained‑random verification tests.
Think through design corner cases and be able to write relevant cover points. Collaborate with the design team to debug test cases and deliver functionally accurate designs. Analyze coverage results to identify verification holes and close them before tape‑out. Take on independent research to develop innovative verification methodologies.
- Verilog language
- Digital logic fundamentals, including digital logic design and RTL
- Analog circuits
- Mixed‑mode design and validation
- Design/Verification CAD tools, including NCSim
- Design Compiler, Formality, or Prime Time
- TCL, PERL, C/C++ or Python
- Nand Memory Design
Employer will accept a Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a Design Engineer‑related occupation.
