Summer/Fall Co-op:
June/July to December
The Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Field Applications Engineer Co-op to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting our customers and working with our internal engineering teams to provide technical support for our timing, power, and connectivity products.
- Collaborate with the sales team and field applications engineers to support customers in the adoption of timing, power, and wireless connectivity products.
- Assist in technical pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations, presentations, and customer training.
- Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- There may be opportunities for travel and customer visits during the duration of this co-op; however, travel is not required and is optional.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Gather feedback from customers and relay it to the product development teams.
- Assist in creating technical documentation, including competitive analysis.
- Pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Ability to work in-person in the San Jose office 5 days a week.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Strong interest in semiconductor technology and applications.
- Basic understanding of timing, power, and wireless connectivity concepts.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
The typical pay range for an Engineering intern across the U.S. is currently USD $26.00 - $47.50 per hour and for a Non-Engineering intern across the U.S. is currently USD $22.50 - $42.00 per hour.
