- Provide daily production support to the environmental stress screening area by taking a hands‑on approach evaluating defects, working with operators and troubleshooting machines and processes on the manufacturing line to keep production running
- Areas that will be supported include temperature cycling, burn‑in, and vibration testing
- Evaluate processes by running temperature surveys of ovens and other equipment characterizations
- Understand customer requirements related to screening specifications and run tests to determine if equipment can complete tests internally
- Design and develop mechanical fixturing and tooling for process equipment and ergonomic issues
- Apply SPC and statical analysis to monitor and improve processes, identify defects, and improve yields
- Design and run engineering tests to improve and develop new processes
- Train operators and write work instructions to document key process steps
