In this highly cross‑functional role, you will oversee the coordination efforts internally with the Audio team as well as externally with our Product Design, EE and Operations teams (to name a few). The Engineering Program Manager (EPM) will facilitate good communication and offer multiple levels of status across a wide spectrum of individual contributors to executive management.

In addition, you will drive day‑to‑day program activities, system build planning, execution & risk assessments to meet overall program objectives for development projects. • 2+ years of program management experience in HW module development
• Experience working with international OEM/ODM partners is a plus
• Understanding of high‑volume production and test procedures
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills

• Define/ maintain project plans and schedules
• Drive project execution
• Lead internal and external multi‑functional teams in engineering and validation activities
• Ensure tight cross‑functional coordination and communication
• Has strong presentation and communication skills
• Understand and communicate sophisticated, technical/Engineering issues
• Identify and resolve conflicts, inter‑dependencies and program issues quickly and efficiently.
