• Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process optimization.
• Implement Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques to streamline operations and eliminate waste.
• Develop and document new standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for improved efficiency and safety.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and quality assurance teams to troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions.
• Design and manage pilot projects for new manufacturing technologies or process enhancements.
• Train operational staff on new processes and best practices to ensure effective implementation and adoption.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in an industrial engineering role, preferably within a manufacturing setting.
• Demonstrated experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and tools (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping).
• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical software.
