• Manage end‑to‑end FP&A responsibilities for approximately $160M in annual R&D spend across global functions.
• Lead monthly close activities, including journal entries, variance analysis, and insightful reporting with commentary.
• Build annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long‑range plans in collaboration with R&D and Clinical leadership.
• Perform financial modeling and strategic analysis to guide decisions on new product development and clinical trial investments.
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to drive business results.
• Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards to support performance tracking and decision‑making.
• Prepare high‑quality financial presentations and materials for senior leadership.
• Drive process improvements to streamline financial reporting and enhance business support.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Finance or Accounting.
• Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions, formulas, and pivot tables.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience building dashboards in Power BI.
• CPA or CMA certification.

$77,200 - $160,800 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 10%
