Interim Director/Vice President of Finance (SaaS/Data Industry required)
Overview:

Seeking an experienced finance leader to drive financial strategy and operational excellence for a high-growth SaaS company. Reporting to a new CFO and leading a young team, this “player-coach” will influence, mentor, and execute hands‑on.

Must have deep SaaS experience and strong understanding of SAAS metrics (ARR, churn, LTV).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial strategy, planning, and analysis.

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting (ARR, churn, LTV, etc.)

• Optimize cash flow and manage financial relationships

• Support cross-functional decision-making and sales compensation planning

• Drive process improvements and scale financial systems

• Evaluate investments, acquisitions, and capital structure

• Ensure compliance and deliver board-level reporting

Requirements:

• Deep SaaS finance leadership experience

• Strong command of SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, LTV, CAC)

• Data industry background (storage, networking, cybersecurity, etc.)

• Experience at large SaaS/data companies (e.g., Autodesk, Oracle, Workday) preferred

• Proven “player-coach” with ability to mentor and influence a young team

• Bachelor’s in Finance or related field; MBA/CPA a plus
