We’re seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in San Jose, CA (hybrid) to join a fast-growing, robotics-driven offsite construction startup that’s transforming how homes and buildings are made. This company is launching a fully robotic panelized building system factory. This is a rare chance to become a strategic partner in a groundbreaking startup reshaping the construction industry.

• 10+ years of finance leadership experience, ideally in clean tech, construction, or advanced manufacturing
• Proven track record securing $10M+ in equity, debt, or public funding
• Familiarity with California incentive programs (e.g., CAEATFA, CPCFA, GO-Biz, ETP)
• Lead development of financial models, 5-year pro forma, Cap Ex planning, and investor-ready forecasts
• Drive funding strategy including equity, debt, tax‑exempt bonds, and grant layering
• Manage compliance, incentive reporting, and state / federal applications
• Oversee budgeting, internal controls, fund allocation, and workforce planning
• Represent company in investor, lender, and public agency meetings

Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
