Senior Transfer Pricing Manager - AMS (San Jose)

Responsibilities- Build business partnerships by liaising and collaborating closely with finance teams to provide ad‑hoc advice and solutions.
- Lead internal transfer pricing risk assessment and implement transfer pricing processes, controls and monitoring periodically.
- Lead functional and financial analyses to reaffirm existing transfer pricing policies.
- Implement, monitor, and maintain operational transfer pricing processes; provide improvement suggestions and conduct periodic transfer pricing calculations.
- Collaborate with external consultants to prepare, review, and update contemporaneous transfer pricing documentation and other TP compliance documents.
- Respond to internal and external transfer pricing inquiries, and assist business partners with transfer pricing issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor and analyze proposed and newly enacted transfer pricing legislation, regulations and judicial decisions that impact the company operations and financial positions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of transfer pricing experience, including at least 2 years as a senior manager or equivalent in a multinational or global company, top accounting firm, or other professional firm.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or equivalent related field.
- Experience in all transfer pricing planning, compliance and controversy matters.
- Strong data analysis skills and strong time management skills.
- Ability to build and maintain collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality work.
- High oral, written and listening proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese for effective written and oral communication with global partners across the Brazil and Mexico markets.
- Highly motivated with a solid understanding of transfer pricing principles and interpretation.

Compensation & BenefitsBase salary range: $129,000 – $244,800 annually. Compensation may vary depending on qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
