• Coordinate the approval and closing of SBA and other government guaranteed loans
• Prepare documentation for processing SBA loans and maintain organized loan files for audits
• Collaborate with internal partners to identify areas of improvement in loan processes
• Interface directly with borrowers to secure customer acceptance of loan terms and conditions
• Ensure compliance with SBA regulations and internal loan policies during loan processing

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or economics, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 4 years of packaging and closing experience in the SBA industry
• Extensive knowledge of SBA regulations
• Proficient in basic software applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in loan documentation

• Previous experience in a banking or financial services environment
• Familiarity with USDA and state-specific loan programs
• Ability to provide training and support to internal partners
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues
• Experience in risk management and compliance within the lending process
