Our Pay Pal, Venmo, and Xoom products also make it safer and simpler for friends and family to transfer funds to each other. Job Summary:

The Director, FP&A leads Pay Pal’s Transaction Expense (TE) finance team, driving financial strategy, forecasting, and analysis across payment networks and partnerships. You will manage a team of FP&A professionals, delivering actionable insights that improve transaction margin and cost efficiency. This role partners with BU Finance Leadership to shape financial plans, influence deal economics, and support strategic decisions. You’ll also drive process transformation, automation, and scalable reporting to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and financial transparency across Pay Pal’s global payments ecosystem.

Job Description:

Essential Responsibilities:

Lead critical processes such as driving key strategic initiatives analysis and planning

Discover new opportunities to grow and optimize the business through analytics and financial modeling

Influence the development of strategic plans, annual financial budgets, and monthly forecasts

Direct FP&A business and technology run the business activities and key initiatives

Enhance FP&A systems roadmap and align data structures

Investigate and explain drivers of change in key business and performance drivers

Ensure a deep understanding of our overall business and identify key business levers

Perform analyses and communicate key findings to various stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications:

10+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
