Job Summary:

Join our team at the Barber shop and showcase your creativity and talent in a dynamic salon environment. We are seeking a skilled professional who is passionate about hair styling and beauty services to provide exceptional experiences for our clients. Bring your own clients as well and set up your own prices, except walk-ins clients of the shop.

Responsibilities:

• Perform hair styling services including cutting, coloring, and styling based on client preferences
• Provide consultations to clients on hair care and styling options
• Stay updated on current hair trends and techniques
• Recommend hair care products to clients for at-home maintenance
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and salon area
• Uphold salon standards for customer service and professionalism

Qualifications:

• Valid Barber/cosmetology license
• Proficiency in hair styling techniques and trends
• Experience with salon software for scheduling and client management
• Familiarity with retail math for product sales
• Previous experience in store management or barbering is advantageous
