At My Best Homecare, we are committed to providing exceptional home respiratory medical equipment and services with a focus on patient well‑being and quality of life. Our Respiratory Therapists play a vital role in empowering patients to manage their respiratory conditions effectively.

• Conduct comprehensive respiratory assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide education and training to patients and their families on respiratory equipment, treatment modalities, and disease management.
• Manage and maintain various respiratory equipment, such as oxygen concentrators, ventilators, BiPAP devices, etc.
• Monitor patient progress, document observations, and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
• Respond to patients’ respiratory equipment needs in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.

• Current and valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential.
• Active state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist in California.
• Proven experience in respiratory care, preferably in a home health or related setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• A compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
