Research Aide

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Research Aide to support ongoing research projects. The primary responsibilities include accurate date entry, assisting with subject recruitment, and maintaining organized record. This role is ideal for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience in research operations and participant engagement.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform accurate and timely data entry from research forms and surveys into databases.
• Assist in recruiting study participants through outreach, phone calls, emails, and scheduling.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in handling participant information.
• Support the research team with administrative tasks such as filling, scanning, and organizing documents.
• Communicate effectively with participants and team members.
• Help prepare recruitment materials and track recruitment progress.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in health sciences, psychology, or related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and data entry software.
• Prior experience in research or customer service is a plus.
