Tuesday - Saturday, 6:50am - 2:00pm, some later days required due to internal meetings or administrative tasks

  • Conduct 1:1 member consultations for weight loss, applying the Jumpstart

    MD program.
  • Provide routine patient care, including examinations, screenings, and medication administration.
  • Ensure up-to-date patient records, ordering and evaluating lab tests as needed.
  • Conduct follow-up calls and promptly respond to post-visit inquiries.
  • Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and productivity metrics in delivering quality patient care.
  • Support team by assisting with medical and program-related questions, attending meetings, and completing required training.
  • California licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
  • Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
  • DEA Registration Certificate.
  • OIG Clearance and NPI number
