Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based San Jose, CA

Location:

On-site in San Jose, CA

Schedule:

37.5 hours per week

Pay Rate: $80 per hour

Duration: ASAP – End of 2025–2026 School Year

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a school setting. The SLP will be responsible for conducting student evaluations, delivering therapy services, and maintaining accurate documentation in alignment with individualized plans of care and physician orders.

• Perform comprehensive evaluations for students.
• Provide speech and language therapy services as outlined in the plan of care.
• Document all services accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student success.

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in California.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; may be required by state or contract.
• Compliance with all professional standards of practice.
• Current CPR certification (if applicable).
• TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (if applicable).
• Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Credential: FMSD California credentialed SLP role.
