The BCaBAs assist in the development and implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a BCBA. This role supports the delivery of high‑quality services, compliance with ethical standards, team development, and smooth clinical operation practices.

• Providing case management for children on the autism spectrum ages 2‑18.
• Billable hour requirements for full‑time, salaried BCaBAs: 30 hours.
• Billable hour requirement for part‑time BCaBAs: 75% of total hours worked (preferred).
• Complete intake and assessments.
• Parent training.
• Collaboration with a team of clinicians and clinical directors.
• Mentorship for a team of RBTs and MLPs.

• 8 hour supervision course (willingness to obtain)

• Full‑time, hybrid‑remote 3 days in person 2 days remote
• Requires interaction with clients, families, and staff in clinic, home, and community settings.
