We are currently looking for a high energy, compassionate, organized, and team‑oriented individual to fill a Per Diem Licensed Hospice Home Health Aide HHA position
. In this essential position, you will work closely with our Hospice Director of Nursing, clinical staff, and front office team to ensure coordinated patient care and provide support to our exceptional team of healthcare professionals, while providing assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients homes in accordance with an established care plan in The San Francisco Peninsula.

Responsibilities:

• Perform personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting size, feeding, etc.)
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, range of motion
• Meeting safety needs of patients and using medical equipment safely
• Skin care to prevent breakdown of tissue
• Take vital signs

Skills:

• Proven working experience as januari health aide
• Ability to monitor vital signs and to collect specimens
• Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards
• Proficiency in English
• Nursing and health care administration skills
• Caring and compassionate personality
