What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Promote pharmaceutical products to community practices and health systems, meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate resources and training
  • Deliver education and clinical/injection training to healthcare professionals
  • Utilize sales and data resources to enhance product growth and implement marketing plans
  • Collaborate with other specialists to execute training within hospital and health system accounts
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree in health sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field preferred; relevant industry experience required
  • Minimum of five (5) years of technical experience with at least three (3) years in sales preferred
  • Ability to meet hospital credentialing/vaccination requirements and lift/pull training models weighing 25-100 lbs
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening test
  • Documented history of strong sales performance in a clinical or technical sales role
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with Buy & Bill and/or Specialty Pharmacy products in health systems and private practice
  • Ability to manage complex sales processes and communicate effectively with various audiences
  • Previous experience in a consultative sales role involving multiple decision-makers
