Community Autism Services, a division of The Stepping Stones Group, is hiring immediately for ABA Behavior Technicians (BTs) in San Jose, CA, and the surrounding areas. Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Job Duties

* Deliver direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment services to children diagnosed with Autism, conducting sessions in various settings such as their homes, schools, or within the community.

* Work under the guidance of a program supervisor, instructing clients on essential skills such as communication, play, socialization, and fostering greater independence. In addition, ABA Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) assist in addressing challenging behaviors.

* Duties also include collecting, organizing, and summarizing behavioral data related to the child's treatment goals.

* 6-month commitment to consistent and dependable attendance, as well as responsive and timely communication, is essential to the role.

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Full Time

* Childcare experience required
