- Support audits
- Review and revise Standards and related documentation
- Monitor risk plans
- Ensure alignment with divisional QMS and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with regional teams and external stakeholders, serving as a subject-matter expert on Quality & Standards
- Bachelor's in life sciences, healthcare, or related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience with knowledge of compliance, Quality systems, and GxP in biopharma
- Proficiency in SOP writing, AI tools, and MS Office
- Excellent communication and project management skillsli>
- Understanding of Medical Affairs and Outcomes Research environment
- Global regulatory compliance

- Cross-functional project leadership
- Remote work with 10% travel
