TEEMA GROUP is seeking a compassionate Day Center Personal Care Assistant to support frail and elderly adults in our San Jose facility. You will assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, meal service, and safe transfers, while documenting changes in EMR.
You’ll collaborate with care and nutrition teams to create a welcoming day-center experience, with opportunities for occasional evenings or weekends. A high school diploma or California CNA and EMR experience are required.
