The Global Payments team is building a scalable, cross-border payments platform to support the rapidly growing ecosystem of products and services worldwide. As we expand globally, we’re focused on creating seamless, secure, and innovative payment solutions that power transactions across markets. We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to help us scale this growth by identifying and engaging top-tier talent. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates aligned to our evolving business needs.

You’ll drive sourcing strategies informed by market insights and data, champion inclusive hiring practices, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. As a key ambassador of our company and the Talent Acquisition team, you’ll play a critical role in shaping how we grow. You will also serve as an advocate for our company by providing high-quality candidates through sourcing and creating a world-class interview experience for each candidate.

• Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key talents of mid to senior positions especially within the Payments and Fintech industry.
• Build an in depth relationship with our Talent Acquisition Partners and business stakeholders to manage the sourcing strategy for key talents across mid to senior positions, especially within the Payments and Fintech industry.
• Be the point of contact for these key talents, managing interview scheduling process and communicating logistics to both candidates and hiring teams.
• Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiate new projects and/or optimize current processes to improve the recruiting process and efficiency with the guidance of TA partners.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners/Leads and hiring managers to improve the recruiting process and efficiency
• Ensure a great candidate experience and advocating Tik Tok as a great place to work for all candidates.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant sourcing experience for mid-senior positions via search firm or in-house recruiting environment.
• Prior experience with research/sourcing tools such as Linked In and other social media, or technical forums.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 3+ years in-house or agency recruiting experience in the fintech/ hi-tech/ payments industry will be highly preferred.
• Strong expertise in talent mapping to identify and track high-potential candidates.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• A self-starter who is result-oriented, resourceful, innovative, intellectually curious, and who takes initiative and risks.
• A strong passion for this industry and demonstrate a strong ability to embrace and adapt to changes and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
