Job DescriptionThe SAP Successfactor plays a crucial role in implementing, configuring, and maintaining the organization's HR systems using SAP Success Factors. This position is important as it ensures the seamless integration of HR solutions to support the company's talent management and HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for system configuration.
- Configure and customize SAP Success Factors modules to align with organizational processes and policies.
- Support system integration and data migration activities for successful implementation.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
- Provide end-user training and support during system rollout and ongoing system enhancements.
- Proactively identify and resolve system issues and optimize system performance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless HR system operation and data integrity.
- Stay updated with SAP Success Factors latest features, functionality, and best practices.
- Collaborate with external vendors and consultants for system upgrades and maintenance.
Salary: $130K+ annually, depending on experience (DOE)
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in implementing and configuring SAP Success Factors modules.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and practices.
- Experience with cloud-based HR systems and technologies.
- Proficiency in system integration and data migration techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and provide effective solutions.
- Certification in SAP Success Factors is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
