Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior Recruiter to own and scale end-to-end hiring across the company. This role is ideal for someone who is both hands-on and process-driven
, and who thrives in a fast-growing startup environment.
You will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to deliver high-quality talent, continuously improve recruiting processes, and help shape our hiring bar as we scale.
Responsibilities- Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions (non-technical and/or technical as needed)
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, hiring priorities, and candidate profiles
- Proactively source candidates via Linked In Recruiter, referrals, and other channels
- Manage candidate pipelines, interviews, and hiring decisions end-to-end
- Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Design and continuously improve recruiting processes, interview structures, and hiring metricsi>
- Use ATS and data to track pipeline health, time-to-hire, and hiring quality
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on talent market insights and hiring strategies
- Support employer branding and recruiting initiatives as the company scales
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment
- Strong experience with full-cycle recruiting
- Proven sourcing skills (Linked In Recruiter, direct outreach, referrals)
- Experience working closely with hiring managers and senior leaders
- Comfortable hiring across multiple functions and levels
- Strong judgment, ownership mindset, and execution ability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with ATS tools and recruiting analytics
