Recruiter, Talent Manager

Bloom Energy a leader in clean energy solutions, is seeking a Recruiter to join their team. As a Recruiter, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for finding exceptional talent, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Recruiter

Location: San Jose, CA

Pay Range: up to $65 per hour

• Manage the full cycle recruiting process for technical and non-technical candidates, focusing on Manufacturing, Field Services, and overhead support, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with recruiting team members to develop, implement, and execute hiring strategies for open requisitions.
• Work closely with client groups to understand their hiring needs and goals.
• Screen resumes and interview qualified candidates, facilitating interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers.
• Drive the offer process, including extending offers and generating offer letters.

• 6-9 years of recruiting or sourcing experience, preferably within a search firm or in-house recruiting team.
• Exceptional interviewing and communication skills.
• Experience in sourcing and recruiting internationally is preferred.
• Solid business acumen and the ability to maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders.
• BA/BS degree from a top-tier school.

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies. This role will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition and based in San Jose, CA. This is a fully on-site, in office role. This is a contract position, up to 18 months.

• Manage full cycle recruiting process for technical and non-technical candidates, with a focus on Manufacturing, Field Services, and overhead support ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Work with recruiting team members (Recruiters, Sourcers, and Coordinators) to develop, implement, and execute hiring strategy for open requisitions.
• Collaborate with client groups to understand their hiring needs and goals.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Proficiency in using Workday for managing candidate applications preferred.
• Screen resumes and interview qualified candidates.
• Facilitate interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers.
• Drive offer process - including extending offers, closing candidates, and generating offer letters.
• Work closely with internal recruiting team to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies to create appropriate candidate flow and pipeline to meet overall recruiting goals.
• Identify potential and priority candidates through the internal resume database, candidate referrals, networking, and web sourcing.
• Call, screen and qualify candidates and assist them through the recruitment process.
• Act as a liaison between interviewers and hiring managers and facilitate interview and hiring discussions all parties.
• Maintain reporting metrics and generate reports on regular basis.
• Represent the Bloom Energy recruiting team internally and externally.

• 6-9 years recruiting or sourcing experience for a search firm or in-house recruiting team.
• Exceptional interviewing, communication, organizational and a passion for finding exceptional people.
• Experience sourcing and recruiting internationally preferred.
• Recruiting experience within Manufacturing and Field Service capacities (Direct Labor, Field Services, Equipment Operations, Manufacturing, and Manufacturing Support).
• Experience recruiting for technical and non-technical roles.
• Ability to maintain strong relationships with all clients including internal/external recruiters, business partners and candidates.
• Solid business acumen.
• BA/BS degree from top tier school.
