JS Developer

Location: San Jose, CA

Duration: 6+ months

Job Functions/Duties/Responsibilities:

• Understand and provide Architectural solutions in building Responsive websites
• Design highly maintainable applications
• Integrate web apps, third-party services, and APIs
• Learn about new technologies and participate in product development
• Implement best practices for Enterprise Integration systems
• Analyze pre-existing client software to determine areas for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with teams, Business Analyst, QA, Information Security, and operations to develop solutions that meet business product requirements and deliver good performance, scalability, and reliability
• Meet realistic implementation schedules and adhere to development goals and principles

Technical

Skills:

• Strong in OOAD, Design Pattern, and Application Framework development
• Strong hands-on experience with Angular
  
  JS, Bootstrap, and NodeJS
• Experience integrating systems such as SAP, SSO, and other enterprise applications
• Experience with single-page applications and MEAN stack
• Strong knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3
• Experience using Grunt and Bower
• Experience with non-relational databases (Mongo
  
  DB / Redis)
• End-to-end testing (Protractor)
• Strong in API Design, Development, and integration (of 3rd party available)
• Experience integrating with analytics tools (Google Analytics)
• Strong in designing multi-component / multi-server deployments of a solution
• Strong debugging skills
• Experience working on Agile SDLC methodology
• Experience with Lucene, Elastic, etc. search indexing tools
• Must be able to perform at a high level in a technical team
• Prior experience in re-architecture of old/legacy systems is preferable
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and relationship skills and have a “can-do” attitude
• Familiarity with GIT, Drupal, and Azure
