Oracle Solutions SME (SCM )1
** Responsibilities**:
* Develop and maintain documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials related to trade compliance processes within Oracle Cloud SCM.
* Provide subject matter expertise and troubleshoot issues related to trade compliance, export screening, and SCM integrations.
* Monitor and analyse trade compliance processes, identifying opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
* Bachelor's/Master degree in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or Business Administration) or equivalent work experience.
* ** 7-10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules, including Order management , Planning and manufacturing.
*** In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud Fusion SCM configurations, customizations, and integrations.
* Extensive experience with integrating third-party trade screening systems or applications with Oracle Cloud Fusion SCM.
* Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously within the Oracle Cloud Fusion SCM ecosystem.
* Certifications or specialisations in Oracle Cloud Fusion SCM are highly desirable.
** Pursuit Management:
*** Prepare proposals to ensure alignment with our client's requirements, quality of content, and conformance with the methods and practices of our client.
* Develop and/or review Statements of Work and other contractual documents to ensure delivery excellence.
* Provide sales team support and leadership for solutions. Assist sales staff with solutions to sales client interactions, and present capabilities to client audiences.
* ** deep experience and expertise in running oracle fusion  design workshops
