• Lead high-impact demos and technical presentations that show how Hacker Rank helps companies hire developers based on skills.
• Work onsite with customers to design and build solutions that transform complex hiring and upskilling challenges into simple, scalable workflows using Hacker Rank’s platform.
• Work onsite with customers, engineers, recruiters, and business leaders to uncover developer hiring and training needs and shape the right solution to fit their goals.
• Utilize AI-first tools and emerging technologies to accelerate delivery and elevate the standard for how Hacker Rank engages and empowers customers.
• Collaborate across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to deliver the full impact of Hacker Rank’s developer skills platform to every customer interaction.

• A full-stack builder comfortable working with web applications, IDEs, APIs, back-end services, and developer tools and technologies.
• Confident speaking onsite with enterprise customers, whether it’s delivering a demo, gathering requirements, and turning them into high-impact workflows and solutions.
• A clear communicator who can go deep with engineers or simplify for non-technical crowds.
• You bring energy, creativity, and a problem-solver’s mindset to every customer engagement.

• Experience as a software, solutions, or sales engineer working with HR tech, ATS platforms, IDEs, developer tools, API-first or integration-heavy systems.
• Project management chops. Ultra organized, you can set (and meet) project deadlines.

• You love mixing engineering, consulting, and delivery, owning every step of the journey.
• You want every project to feel like a new challenge.
• You set and uphold high standards for excellence for yourself and those around you.

• Base salary range: $160,000–$185,000.
• This range doesn’t include commissions, bonuses, stock options, or benefits.
• Final offer may vary based on skills, experience, location, and other compensation components.
