• Serve as a technical lead and manager for a small team of about 5 engineers while maintaining hands‑on coding and design responsibilities
• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the team, including task prioritization and performance reviews
• Act as a liaison between the engineering team and other stakeholders, such as customers and product managers
• Provide technical mentorship and ensure tasks align with team members' skills
• Oversee project management activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, specifically in enterprise‑grade applications and SaaS platforms using Type Script or Java Script
• At least 3 years in a technical lead role with proven accomplishments
• Strong experience in software architecture, design, and implementation
• Background in designing and developing microservices in scalable environments
• Proficiency in agile planning, estimation, and execution practices

• Experience with additional programming languages such as Go
• Familiarity with quality engineering practices
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
