• Support the credit union’s mission by using digital marketing channels and technology.
• Connect members with products and educational resources for financial success.
• Execute and optimize digital campaigns, managing member communications across website, social media, email, CRM, and online banking.
• Maintain a user‑friendly, high‑performing website and other digital touchpoints.
• Coordinate campaign timelines with internal teams and external vendors.
• Deploy paid digital advertising (search, display, social) and monitor performance for continuous improvement.
• Support SEO/SEM strategies to improve website content.
• Deliver digital campaigns on time and in alignment with approved marketing plans.
• Demonstrate growth in digital engagement metrics such as website traffic, email performance, and online conversions.

• 2 to 4 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in financial services or a regulated industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools such as Hub Spot or Salesforce.
• Proficiency with website CMS platforms and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and conduct oneself with diplomacy and tact.

Pay Range: $30.25 - $37.80 per hour, based on skills and experience.
