We are seeking an experienced ETL Developer to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical expertise and design insights to support the development and optimization of data integration processes. You will contribute recommendations on technologies and best practices to improve the efficiency, reliability, and scalability of data pipelines, enhancing data flow and supporting the overall functionality of the platform.
Expectations- the experience you need The main responsibilities/tasks include
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows to ensure reliable, efficient, and accurate data movement across systems.
- Identify and resolve issues within processes, ensuring smooth end-to-end data flow.
- Investigate and correct data discrepancies between source and target systems to maintain data quality and consistency.
- Implement enhancements to ETL jobs and integration pipelines to reduce recurring issues and improve overall performance.
- Monitor daily execution, data processing, and transformation routines, proactively addressing failures or performance degradation.
- Respond to and resolve incidents quickly to minimize service disruptions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot integration challenges and support downstream and upstream dependencies.
- Analyze and optimize SQL queries and ETL transformations to improve performance and resource usage.
- Conduct performance testing and validation during development and QA cycles, working closely with teams to resolve any identified bottlenecks.
- +90% English written and oral (at least B2 level) with excellent communication skills.
- 5+ years of experience.
- Strong experience with: SQL, T‑SQL, ETL, SSIS.
- Ability to take business requests and break them down into manageable steps to achieve a goal.
- Able to see the big picture of how systems interact with one another.
