As a global leader in server technologies, Supermicro has been growing extremely fast in many key markets such as Cloud Computing, Big Data, HPC, Storage, etc. To meet the market demand, Supermicro is developing end to end enterprise IT solutions with compute, storage, networking all integrated into full rack or multi-rack level systems. Supermicro is seeking an Associate Product Manager who can work with enterprise customers and win business with enterprise and data center solutions.

Job included but not limited to:

• Support Solution Engineering by being responsible for winning enterprise customers and increasing solution revenue
• Carry out marketing and technological research to help decision making on solution development directions
• Provide technical service and support to resolve customer concerns and issues
• Support in pre-sales engagement by working with customers closely and providing creative solutions that meet requirements of demanding customers
• Support Post-Sales engagement by helping Technical Service with root causing a customer issue and also coordinate a suitable solution for the customer.
• Improve revenue by working with sales, marketing closely and promoting new solutions effectively
• Support vendor management by driving design and customer issues from a vendor point of view

• BSEE/CS, MSEE/CS with 1+ years relevant experience preferred
• Deep knowledge in latest compute, storage, networking technologies and solution engineering principles
• Strong capability of bridging engineering and business groups, capable of translating good engineering to good business
• Demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills and the capability of working in cross-functional organizations
• Strong initiative and ability to work in a self-directed environment
  
  Ability to lead complex projects and meet deadlines
• Extensive knowledge of Super Micro product offerings, server technology and configuring server systems are a plus

$100,000 - $120,000

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
