Become a Key Player as a Program Manager - Business Process And Continuous
As a Program Manager, you will shape Adobe’s volume and scale pricing frameworks by driving cross-product and federal-level initiatives. You will align senior leaders and cross-functional teams across Pricing Operations, Pricing Technologies, Engineering Development, Quality Assurance, and Program Management to deliver new systems and infrastructure capabilities. This position includes a 45-day probationary period.
Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact on the Team
- Partner with senior leaders to build strategic roadmaps, translate them into execution plans, and deliver against business objectives and milestones.
- Perform project planning, establish key milestones, and drive progress to meet timelines.
- Coordinate sequencing of projects to ensure steady progress.
- Assess critical paths and dependencies; facilitate discussions among project teams, Pricing Ops, Pricing Technologies, and Engineering.
- Identify and analyze risks; implement controls and contingency plans to increase the probability of positive outcomes.
- Aggregate, organize, and synthesize program and project information for extended teams and management.
- Resolve misalignments across requirements, priorities, and schedules.
- Evaluate existing processes; recommend and drive process improvements and adoption of best practices (processes, tools, etc.) to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Drive release management activities to ensure successful deployment of system capabilities.
Here’s What You’ll Need to Be Successful in This Role
- Strong program and project management skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Experience leading transformation programs and establishing program structure and governance frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage complex, highly cross-functional projects in a matrixed environment.
- Ability to work with technical teams and translate business requirements into technical requirements.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.
- Strong influencing and interpersonal skills; ability to build positive relationships.
- Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills, including executive-level communication.
Here’s What Else Might Help You Out
- Familiarity with tools such as SharePoint, Jira, Microsoft Office, SAP, and Workfront;
Pricing Tools experience a plus.
Pay Range
$40.85 - $51.06 per hour
