Qualitest is seeking a
WMS QA Automation Lead to drive end-to-end automation strategy for a legacy modernization and cloud migration initiative. The ideal candidate is hands‑on with automation frameworks, API/interface testing, and coding, while also having strong WMS and supply chain domain knowledge.

This role will own the automation vision, lead cross‑team collaboration, and deliver scalable and maintainable test automation across WMS modules and integrations.

Candidates will face coding and automation challenges during the interview process.

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks, scripts, and tools for WMS modules and interfaces
• Lead automation execution for functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT testing
• Build API/interface test automation for REST/SOAP services and validate system integrations
• Mentor and guide QA team members on automation best practices, coding standards, and reusable frameworks
• Coordinate QA activities across IT, operations, and third‑party vendors, ensuring automation is integrated into CI/CD pipelines
• Track and manage defects in JIRA with full traceability to requirements and test cases
• Generate QA automation metrics, dashboards, and reports for leadership
• Support performance and load automation testing to validate scalability and responsiveness
• Identify opportunities to improve test automation coverage, efficiency, and process automation

• Strong automation experience with WMS platforms (e.g., Manhattan or similar)
• Hands‑on coding skills in Java (OOP) and SQL for automation and API testing
• Proven experience in API/interface automation testing (REST/SOAP, JSON, Postman)
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, supply chain processes, and WMS modules
• Ability to lead cross‑functional automation efforts across multiple teams
• Experience building and maintaining automation frameworks (Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, etc.)

• Experience with performance/load automation tools (e.g., JMeter, Load Runner)
• Exposure to robotic or automated distribution centers (DCs)

• Handson QA Automation Lead for WMS or supply chain platforms
• Strong experience with automated testing frameworks and scripting
• Proficiency with test management tools (JIRA Zephyr, qTest, etc.)
• Agile/Scrum experience (sprint planning, stand‑ups, retrospectives)
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills

• A Competitive pay, the salary range for the role is $120,000 - $130,000.
