Salary Range: $130,500 to $172,000

CEI seeks a highly motivated IT Business Systems Analyst with deep understanding of JD Edwards HRIS and Payroll systems. The analyst drives definition and optimization of business processes via functional requirements, compliance management, documentation, and training.

As the Business Systems Analyst, you will serve as conduit between business, IT, and external partners to collaborate on all JDE-related requirements, processes, documentation, and training. You will participate in strategy discussions to capture high-level business needs and deliver detailed functional specifications for signoff in preparation for development. As the primary IT owner of the HR module and sub-systems, you will provide effective solutions to HR & Payroll teams to address business scenarios, and guide them through appropriate business processes related to setting up Employees, PDBAs, AAIs, budgeting, Payroll runs in the system.

• Proficiency in JD Edwards Modules:
  General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Procurement & Subcontract Management, Contract & Service Billing, Service Work Orders.
• Understanding of systems architecture concepts, application platforms, and infrastructure platforms.
• Experience managing project cost codes, profitability reporting, and project revenue tracking.
• Expertise in complex HRIS and Payroll process integration.

• Works on complex issues requiring in-depth analysis and evaluation of variable factors.
• Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel.

You are an experienced professional with a full understanding of systems architecture concepts and methodologies, application platforms, and infrastructure platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong background in JD Edwards modules and a proven track record of designing and developing enterprise-wide solutions.
