Join Adobe as a Product Manager, Core HCM in San Jose, CA, and play a key role in crafting the future of digital employee experiences. This critical position will drive end-to-end delivery of our HCM solutions in support of our overall roadmap and run the business initiatives.

What You’ll Do
  • Act as a key liaison for Workday Core HCM in steering the technological roadmap through analysis, prioritization, and implementation of system improvements, features, and capabilities.
  • Consult and guide your business partners on the technology roadmap for Workday and other HR systems based on the business strategies and corresponding technical opportunities.
  • Engage with various functional teams to understand business strategies, initiatives, operational processes, and problems to drive scalable technology solutions.
  • Perform business analysis, gather and document requirements, recommend and present implementation plans as needed.
  • Influence business and technology partners at multiple levels of the organization.
  • Regularly communicate decisions, priorities, and relevant project information to appropriate teams regarding business requests and projects and initiatives.
  • Proactively share knowledge of technology, risks, and opportunities to build competitive advantage and improve efficiency and effectiveness of business units.
  • Clearly explain sophisticated technical ideas to non-technical team members and partners.
  • Drive Workday upgrades across teams to ensure smooth rollout of new features and spotlight opportunities for new functionality.
  • Set testing criteria, perform testing, and collaborate with business units to complete testing with the objective to deliver a quality product.
  • Contribute to change management and training efforts.
  • Proactively seek innovative ways to improve the technology landscape and deliver solutions to employees.
  • Continue to help enable a self-service environment, promoting standardization, scalability, and simplicity.
What You Need to Succeed
  • 7-10 years HR technology project implementation or equivalent experience with proven results in developing business requirements, deploying applicable technologies, and business process re-engineering.
  • Understanding of HR processes across all areas including onboarding, contingent management, workforce planning, organization management, self-service enablement, and core HCM.
  • 4+ years of experience implementing, supporting, and working within Workday core HCM.
  • Experience with Service Now a plus.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Customer orientation and superb communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and functional audiences.
  • Solid project management and change management skills; ability to run and lead multiple projects at the same time.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, focusing on detail and accuracy; can identify root causes to inform decisions and action plans in ambiguous situations.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $107,900 – $216,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
