We are seeking a Net Suite Solution Consultant with a strong understanding of core financial business processes and at least 3 years of hands‑on Net Suite implementation experience. This role will be responsible for analyzing business needs, designing tailored Net Suite solutions, and guiding clients through successful ERP implementations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in finance and accounting workflows, system configurations, and best practices for optimizing Net Suite to meet business objectives.

• Lead and support Net Suite implementations, configurations, and optimizations, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Analyze and map core financial processes (e.g., General Ledger, AP/AR, Revenue Recognition, Fixed Assets, Procurement, Inventory, Financial Reporting).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, and translate business needs into Net Suite solutions.
• Configure and customize Net Suite, including workflows, scripts, saved searches, and reports, to enhance system functionality.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements within Net Suite.
• Provide user training, support, and documentation to ensure effective system adoption.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including Finance, IT, and Operations, to ensure seamless integration and system scalability.
• Assist in data migration, system testing, and troubleshooting during implementation and post‑go‑live support.
• Stay up to date with Net Suite updates and industry best practices to provide proactive recommendations.

• 3+ years of experience in Net Suite implementation and consulting, with a focus on financial modules.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and core business processes (CPA or finance background is a plus).
• Hands‑on experience with Net Suite configurations, Suite Flow, Suite Analytics, and saved searches.
• Experience in business process mapping and optimization within Net Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead discussions with stakeholders and end users.
• Experience with Suite Script, integrations, or other ERP systems is a plus.
