• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
• Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
• Experience as a customer success engineer or developer in the conversational messaging space (e.g., experience working on popular business messaging API or platforms).

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Experience with cloud technologies such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) (e.g., Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, App Engine, Cloud Storage, and Pub/Sub).
• Experience with Node.js/Type Script or Python, RESTful APIs, OAuth2, and JSON-based webhooks.
• Familiarity with Global System for Mobile communications Association (GSMA) standards, SMS/MMS gateways, and telecom signaling.
• Knowledge of Dialogflow CX/ES, webhooks, and Gemini (Vertex AI) integration for conversational experiences.
• Understanding the digital advertising ecosystem (e.g., Display Ads, Search, Social, or programmatic advertising) and how messaging serves as a conversion channel.

As a Customer and Partner Solutions Engineer, you will be the core technical engine driving the adoption and hyper-growth of the Rich Communication Services (RCS) for Business platform. You will transform traditional business-to-consumer and consumer-to-business communication into a rich, conversational platform, enabling businesses of all sizes to connect with their customers directly in the native carrier messaging app across platforms. You will require a blend of engineering expertise with consultation, focusing on establishing, nurturing, and expanding technical partnerships and alliances with key enterprises.

You will be the "face" of Google’s messaging technology, driving adoption by empowering an ecosystem of Content Aggregators, Resellers, and AdTech partners.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of the mobile revolution, driving the global adoption of next-generation communication technologies. You will act as a crucial bridge between our products and the partner ecosystem. You will dismantle barriers and accelerate the integration of our services, ensuring a seamless and advanced communication experience for billions of users on Android and beyond.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $123,000-$176,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. • Write production-level code (e.g., Python, Node.js) and build internal tools to automate partner onboarding, parse datasets, and ensure high test coverage.
