Workflow Management Analyst, Search & Interaction Safety – Trust & Safety Responsibilities
- Develop strategic data dashboards and automation solutions to enable real-time operational tracking for the Search and Interaction Safety team.
- Lead the development of smart and robust workflow management foundations, including queues, datasets, labels, and targets.
- Design and implement moderation efficiency metrics and comprehensive attribution frameworks.
- Define and set performance targets at various levels of granularity; monitor completion rates, identify root causes, and drive cross‑functional solutions to improve performance outcomes.
- Revamp moderation workflows and processes; align with key stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and adoption.
- Conduct deep‑dive analyses on metric discrepancies and generate actionable insights for the team.
The Search & Interaction Safety Team is a lean and agile group focused on safeguarding user interactions across Search, Comment, and Messaging. Our mission is to respond quickly to evolving safety challenges by streamlining workflows, implementing efficient operational processes, and fostering cross‑team collaboration to proactively address risks.
The planning team ensures that safety operations are adequately resourced, optimized, and future‑ready. By aligning workforce supply with business needs, managing vendors and internal capacity, and responding to real‑time changes, the team plays a central role in maintaining service levels, productivity, and long‑term scalability of safety operations.
Qualifications- Fluency in written and spoken Chinese is needed to manage stakeholders in the Greater China markets.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or insights enablement.
- Strong understanding of content moderation operations and strategies, including efficiency measurement and optimization.
- Expertise in metric system design, attribution analysis, and target‑setting methodologies.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), SQL, Excel, and statistical analysis.
- Strong cross‑functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Python is a plus.
- Platform experience.
