Role Description

Sr. Risk Resilience Analyst

Project Manager II

Become a key member of Customer’s Enterprise Resilience team, where you strengthen the resilience of our extended vendor ecosystem.

The Opportunity
  • Perform business continuity and disaster recovery risk assessments for critical vendors.
  • Validate vendor resilience practices to ensure alignment with customer’s enterprise resilience standards.
  • Publish comprehensive assessment reports, summarizing resilience gaps, risks, and actionable recommendations.
  • Provide insights into leadership on emerging risks and resilience trends across the vendor ecosystem.
  • Support TPRM and Critical Vendor programs, ensuring compliance with resilience governance frameworks and risk management policies.
Job Responsibilities

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

What You Need
  • 5+ years of experience in business continuity, vendor risk management, or third‑party security assessments.
  • Strong knowledge of resilience and risk frameworks (ISO 22301, ISO 22316, NIST, SOC
    2) and enterprise resilience principles.
  • Proven experience conducting resilience assessments and preparing detailed reports for executive and technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in tools and platforms such as Microsoft Office Suite, Service Now, and risk management systems.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to translate resilience findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborative mindset, capable of working across multiple teams and managing competing priorities.
  • Preferred qualifications:

    background in enterprise resilience, risk management, business continuity, disaster recovery, or information security; certifications such as CBCP, CBCI.
Compensation and Benefits

Role

Location:

California. Compensation Range: $102,000–$153,000. This position may be hired in various U.S. markets with compensation based on specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience.

Benefits:
Full‑time employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro‑rated for new hires), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. Employees and dependents residing in the U.S. are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus basic life, accidental death and disability, short‑ and long‑term disability benefits.

Additional voluntary disability benefits and Health Savings Account options are available. Part‑time and temporary employee benefits details follow the same structure but with fewer paid days. All U.S. employees receive benefits in accordance with state or local paid sick leave laws.
