Senior CLM Consultant (Agiloft)
Location:
San Jose, CA 95134
Duration: 12+ month Contract
Job Description:
Looking for USC and GC only who can work on W2 (NO C2C or 1099). Senior resource with at least 8+ years of experience in CLM domain.
• Solid understanding of contract management, workflow automation and document management processes.
• Should have developer experience (designing, customizing, solutioning) in Agiloft.
• Work closely with business analysts, legal stakeholders and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical configurations.
• Experience in integrations with third party tools via REST APIs.
• Should be able to drive the transformation from Legacy CLM to new CLM product Agiloft.
• Good communication skill, self-driven, proactive.
