Senior Manager — Tech Consulting (Digitization & Automation)
We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead digitisation and automation work for U.S. clients. This role is ideal for someone with consulting experience who enjoys improving finance processes, enabling technology, and partnering with business stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Lead digitisation and automation initiatives
- Work with executives on transformation agendas
- Manage work streams and cross-functional teams
- Support proposals, client conversations, and delivery
- Experienced in consulting with leadership experience in finance transformation/digital enablement
- Strong track record of measurable impacts
- Experience with multiple ERP / financial systems & related enabling tech
- Demonstrated commercial skills: business development, proposal writing, client relationship expansion
- Excellent communication, ability to lead teams, present to executives, and manage change
- Ability to work 3 days/week onsite in San Jose
