Program Manager responsible for leading SAP enterprise initiatives within a regulated pharmaceutical environment, focusing on planning, execution, and delivery of complex cross-functional programs.
Responsibilities- oversee end-to-end SAP implementations, upgrades, and transformations
- establish governance, manage budgets, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications
- coordinate with business leaders, IT teams, vendors, and external partners
- ensure compliance with pharma regulations, validation, and quality standards
- support organizational change management and user adoption
- bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or Life Sciences
- 10+ years in pharma/biotech/medical device industry, with at least 5+ years managing large-scale SAP projects, including S/4
HANA transformations - experience with cGMP/FDA-regulated environments
- proficient in project management tools (MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Smartsheet)
- strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- PMP certification preferred
- extensive SAP ERP/enterprise transformation experience
- pharma industry regulation compliance
- cross-functional stakeholder engagement
- remote work flexibility, with up to 100% travel
primarily remote with potential client site visits.
