Teceze in San Jose is seeking an experienced Field Engineer (L2) to provide on-site technical support for IT infrastructure and end-user devices, troubleshooting issues across hardware, software, and networks.
You will install, configure, replace, and maintain IT equipment, perform hardware break/fix, document incidents, and coordinate with remote teams and vendors to resolve problems within SLA. Strong Windows OS skills and basic networking knowledge are required.
