DevOps Engineer

Cobalt Grove, a growing software company in San Jose, CA, seeks a full-time Dev Ops Engineer. We develop innovative tech solutions for our clients.

As a Dev Ops Engineer, you'll maintain our infrastructure and ensure smooth system operation. Your tasks include CI/CD pipeline management, performance monitoring, and issue troubleshooting.

You'll collaborate with our development team in San Jose, CA, improving systems and processes. Our office is in the heart of San Jose, offering a productive environment.

The annual compensation range for this position is between $120,000 and $178,838, with the potential for performance-based bonuses. Employees in this role typically work a standard 40-hour workweek, Monday through Friday, with the possibility of occasional overtime during peak periods. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and typically 3-5 years of experience in the industry. The workplace is a modern office environment with open floor plans, equipped with the latest technology and software tools.

The role involves managing projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget. The position also requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should have strong Dev Ops experience with cloud platforms, containerization, and infrastructure as code. Proficiency in scripting languages and networking concepts is required.
