We enable consumers to exchange funds more safely with merchants using a variety of funding sources, which may include a bank account, a Pay Pal or Venmo account balance, Pay Pal and Venmo branded credit products, a credit card, a debit card, certain cryptocurrencies, or other stored value products such as gift cards, and eligible credit card rewards.

Our Pay Pal, Venmo, and Xoom products also make it safer and simpler for friends and family to transfer funds to each other. We offer merchants an end-to-end payments solution that provides authorization and settlement capabilities, as well as instant access to funds and payouts. We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk.

We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade.

We are seeking an energetic and innovative professional to join Pay Pal's Office of the CTO, supporting the broader Technology organization. This highly visible role partners with senior executives across the global Technology organization and works closely with a team that directly supports the CTO. The team plays a key role in helping Technology leadership make strategic decisions that shape Pay Pal's future.

• Independently plan and execute operational processes.
• Collaborate internally to optimize workflows and drive process improvements.
• Influence the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of business processes.
• Determine appropriate actions while considering alternative solutions.
• Provide oversight and support for planning and management of financial, budget, and headcount targets.
• Act as a liaison between business leadership, staff, and other key partners.
• Create, analyze, maintain, and report on performance measures and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

• 2-4 years of experience at a leading strategy consulting firm and/or corporate strategy team
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems required
• Exposure to technology, with financial services (particularly payments) and/or e-commerce experience a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver results in ambiguous environments

• Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with a demonstrated ability to synthesize multiple sources of information (quantitative and qualitative) to solve complex problems in a structured, data-driven way
• Experience supporting or providing strategic advice to complex organizations
• Ability to manage work streams within multi-faceted projects (e.g., analysis, deliverables, stakeholder coordination)
• Experience running or supporting recurring operating rhythms (e.g., staff meetings, business reviews) that keep stakeholders aligned and informed
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, prose,…
