Job Description & How to Apply Below

The IT Program Manager independently owns IT projects and moderately complex programs from planning through delivery and stabilization. This role is primarily focused on project and business leadership, with sufficient technical understanding to guide enterprise technology delivery. The manager partners with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and implementation partners to manage scope, timelines, work streams, risks, resources, readiness, and outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Own assigned projects or moderately complex programs end to end, from kickoff and planning through execution, issue resolution, delivery, and stabilization.

Develop and maintain integrated project plans covering scope, milestones, work streams, dependencies, schedules, risks, issues, decisions, and communication.

Coordinate cross-functional business and technology teams, clarify ownership, track dependencies, remove delivery blockers, and follow through on commitments.

Monitor project budgets, resource capacity, scope, and delivery trade-offs within assigned authority; elevate decisions and constraints when needed.

Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, changes, and timeline slippage, including assessing impacts, developing options, re-planning, and communicating decisions.

Build effective relationships with business leaders, IT teams, vendors, and system integrators; manage differing priorities and difficult stakeholder conversations constructively.

Facilitate project governance, status meetings, decision follow-up, escalation discussions, and clear reporting on progress and outcomes.

Coordinate business readiness, SIT/UAT, training, communications, go-live preparation, and post-launch stabilization.

Manage vendor and system integrator commitments by tracking deliverables, issues, timelines, and statements of work.

Contribute to PMO process improvements, delivery standards, and lessons learned.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Demonstrated experience as a project manager with personal accountability for end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects or enterprise technology implementations.

Strong working knowledge of project management practices, including integrated planning, scheduling, workstream coordination, risk and dependency management, change control, and stakeholder communication.

Ability to translate business needs into clear delivery plans, milestones, decisions, and measurable success criteria.

Experience managing cross-functional teams, priorities, resources, delivery pressure, and stakeholder expectations.

Strong facilitation, communication, listening, problem-solving, and conflict-management skills across business and technical audiences.

Experience with enterprise applications such as Oracle EBS/Fusion, Workday, Service Now, Salesforce, or comparable business systems.

Oracle ERP implementation or transformation experience—particularly Oracle Fusion implementation or legacy ERP migration—is strongly preferred.

Comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
