You own revenue operations in full: every system, process, and number between a first touch and a renewal. Marketing, sales, partnerships, and post-sale all run on infrastructure you are responsible for.

Hub Spot is the center of it. You are the sole admin and architect, you own every integration into it and every workflow inside it, and you own the data that comes out of it.

This is a strategy role and an execution role at the same time. You decide how the CRM models our business and what the forecast rests on, and you bring the analysis that shapes decisions you don't make alone, like how territories are drawn, and then you build it: the workflows, the integrations, the scripts, the reports.
