REQUIREMENTS

• Prior experience in patent preparation and prosecution as a Patent Agent or Patent Attorney.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering required;
  Advanced degree and/or industry experience in electrical engineering preferred.
• Substantial patent drafting and prosecution experience for semiconductor technologies required.
• Must be a registered patent agent before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
• Patent Attorney candidates must be admitted to the CA state bar
• Strong academic credentials.
• Strong technical writing skills with the ability to draft clear, concise, and accurate patent applications.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high‑quality work.
